Horseradish Tomato Relish

Ingredients:

2 large Tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion
2/3 cup (160ml) Parsley
1 tsp (5 ml) Kosher Salt
2 T (30 ml) Prepared Horseradish
1 T (15 ml) Balsamic Vinegar
2 T (30 ml) Olive Oil

Tools:

  • Knife
  • Chopping board
  • Large skillet
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula

Preparation

Dice tomatoes & onion, chop parsley.

Heat oil in a skillet, add onion, tomatoes, parsley.

Saute until soft, stir in horseradish.

Remove from heat.

Transfer to bowl, add vinegar, blend.

Serve hot or cold.

This relish recipe is pareve. Pareve does not contain meat or dairy.
